License Agreement & TERMS OF USE

License
(1) Any sounds included in Behemoth Audio products are created and owned by Behemoth Audio LLC.
(2) By purchasing Behemoth Audio LLC products, the original purchaser is granted a single-user license for use on 2 computers, but only 1 at a time.
(3) Licensee is authorized to use the sounds included in Behemoth Audio LLC products for any personal or commercial purpose, but only if the following conditions are met:
(a.) The resale, distribution, or relicensing of any Behemoth Audio LLC product, samples, scripts and software is strictly prohibited by Behemoth Audio LLC. Product licenses are non-transferable.
(b.) The Licensee of product may not transfer, assign, resell, share, or upload to any server any of the products, scripts, samples or software.
(c.) This license prohibits any use or inclusion of the content contained in any Behemoth Audio LLC product into any other sample pack, virtual instrument, or library of any kind.
Rights
Behemoth Audio LLC products are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Behemoth Audio LLC retains full ownership and copyrights of all recorded sounds, scripts, graphics, logos, themes, titles, names, technologies, musical performances, and documentation included in any Behemoth Audio LLC product. Any unauthorized use, distribution or reproduction of the product is prohibited and shall constitute a violation of law and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Returns/Refunds
All Behemoth Audio LLC products are sold “as is” with no warranty or refund privileges.
Term
This license agreement is effective as soon as the product is installed. The license will be terminated if any of the terms and conditions of this EULA are broken and license will be revoked. Upon termination licensee agrees to destroy all copies and contents of the and will remain accountable to all terms and copyrights stated in this EULA. Behemoth Audio retains the right to seek restitution for any and all damages incurred by violations of the EULA at the expense of licensee.
By purchasing a copy of any Behemoth Audio product, purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understand this End User License Agreement (EULA) and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
